"Only left 1 star cause there’s not a no star option. I strongly advise against doing business with this office. My experience has resulted in significant financial hardship due to a lack of communication and comprehension from the agents. Despite clearly informing Colton that my child did not qualify for the Good Student Discount, he proceeded to include it in the quote. As a result, when I purchased the vehicle, my premium unexpectedly increased from $500 to $700. I was forced to absorb the cost of this error, which stemmed from the agent’s failure to listen carefully. If I knew ahead of time I would not have purchased the vehicle. Additionally, the billing department reached out requesting a credit card payment after they issued an over-refund on a canceled policy. When I contacted the local office, the agents were unable to locate the payment or provide clarity—initially stating that billing would never contact a client for credit card payments. Now I’m being told the amount is being spread out across future payments to recover the over-refund, yet no one seems to have a clear explanation. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is deeply concerning. In my experience, the staff has been confused, and incapable of providing reliable service or support. I have never encountered such a poorly managed insurance office. Absolute nightmare. Update response: It appears there may have been a misunderstanding, or the notes were not accurately documented, which has led to some confusion on your end . I want to clarify the situation once more. Based on the quote Colton provided—$500 per month—I made the decision to purchase the vehicle for my son, as that amount was manageable. Because of this, I did not feel the need to seek any additional quotes. I communicated to Colton multiple times that my son is not eligible for the good student discount. He confirmed the monthly rate as $500. However, when I later called to finalize the insurance when I purchased the vehicle, I was informed that the premium had increased to $700 due to the good student discount being mistakenly applied—despite my clear communication that my son did not qualify for it. I was forced to drop the coverages so I can afford my monthly premium and still afford groceries. That’s why the multiple calls were made to your office to correct the error your agent made. I’ve called you guys enough. I still haven’t received my return call from the last issue I reached out about. Thanks for proving my point that you guys have no idea what’s going on and you guys lack accountability. Doesn’t look like I’m the only person this happened to. I understand human errors are made but as a business you should do a better job to take accountability for your mistakes. Have a great day."
"Gee, I normally would not address a google review directly online. Although, there are so many falsehoods that I feel compelled to address them here. Our office takes meticulous notes and I am well aware of this situation. Upon adding coverage for your new vehicle. You were informed prior to binding coverage that the good student discount would not apply. We even gave you time to shop with other carriers. You decided to proceed with the quote provided WITHOUT the discount. Furthermore you agreed to another discount ( drive safe and safe) but neglected to set up the device to retain the discount. This affected your premium as well. To complicate your situation even more, you decided to cancel the auto weeks later after a total loss. Stating you weren’t sure if you’d purchase a new vehicle. A refund was issued and cashed. Then a week later called to add a new vehicle purchase. Essentially reinstating the canceled policy. This of course made the refund null and void which you did cash. Therefore a spread was placed on your billing account for the cashed refund that shouldn’t have been. All of this was explained in great detail by my office staff whom suffered a great deal abuse over the phone. Despite this we have maintained professional courtesy and have tried to be there for you every step of the way. While I sympathize with any financial hardship you are experiencing I do not have the power to remove amounts due. I hope this helped clarify any confusion and as always.
